Stabilizing quality to stabilize voltage. Our customer approached us with a challenge: the need for very tight-tolerance EDM-produced part at very high volumes, about 3,000 parts every year.

The Sectionalizer is installed in the electrical grid and stabilizes voltage variations, tripping connections when variances exceed 32 volts—protecting sensitive equipment and ensuring safety.

We created a new precision manufacturing process, including machining, assembling, testing, and packaging—all of which is completed in-house. Our customer has recognized our efforts and rewarded us with years of repeat business.
